We are happy to report that even under the recently implemented TILA/RESPA Integrated Disclosure Rule (TRID), these goals continue to be efficiently met.
 
The rule’s timing requirements and documents have not affected our ability to quickly and effectively close mortgage loans:
During the month of November, George Mason Mortgage closed approximately 400 TRID loans
and not a single settlement date was moved because of the new rule.
