Second Mortgages
We offer a very unique second mortgage product from our bank’s portfolio. This allows us to offer the option for buyers to qualify non-contingent and pay off the second once they sell their existing home. 

80/10/10 Mortgage
Also called a “piggyback” mortgage, this product actually involves two mortgages. In this situation, a homeowner takes out a primary mortgage for 80% of the home’s value, a second mortgage or home equity loan for another 10%, and then provides the other 10% as a down payment.

We moved after 13 years at a large bank because we believe in a higher level of service. We work for an established community bank in the MD/DC/VA market. With all the struggles of the “large banks” the community banking model has proven to be much more efficient. All of our processing, underwriting, and closing functions are completed in our Rockville, MD office. We still offer portfolio loans, second mortgages, in-house operations, and have a group of local approved appraisers (no third party appraisal system).
