Opening Doors for More Homebuyers
George Mason Mortgage understands that saving money for a down payment and closing costs is one of the most challenging aspects of the homebuying process. Partnering with the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta allows us to offer a variety of cost assistance programs – and open doors for more homebuyers. The programs grant money to homebuyers to put toward a down payment and closing costs.
What’s currently offered:
- May receive up to $12,500 for First-Time Homebuyers
- May receive up to $15,000 for Community Partners, including:
- Law Enforcement
- Firefighters
- Healthcare Professionals
- Essential Workers
- Educators
- Veterans
