Carolina has been in the mortgage industry for over 3 years. She is originally from Peru and fluent in Spanish. As Amit’s Loan Officer Assistant, Carolina helps clients with estimates and pre-qualifications while searching for their home. She will take the file once the application has started with Amit, and collect documentation and information for processing and underwriting. She will go over the loan process with clients and answer any questions along the way.

Debbie has been an underwriter, processor and closer for over 14 years. She is now Amit’s dedicated processor. Debbie is in charge of reviewing files for submission to underwriting.
